Refund Policy

Physical products (resin kits):

• Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product.

• To exercise this right, the product must be returned in good condition and with its original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.

• Once the product is received and inspected, a refund of the purchase price will be issued, excluding original shipping costs.

• Returns of personalized products are not accepted.

Digital products (STL files):

• Due to the digital nature of the products, returns or refunds are not accepted once the download process has started.

Productos físicos (kits de resina):

• El cliente tiene derecho a desistir de la compra en un plazo de 14 días naturales desde la recepción del producto.

• Para ejercer este derecho, debe devolver el producto en buen estado y con su embalaje original.

• Los gastos de devolución corren a cargo del cliente, salvo que el producto esté defectuoso o incorrecto.

• Una vez recibido y comprobado el producto, se realizará el reembolso del importe pagado, excluyendo los gastos de envío originales.

• No se aceptan devoluciones de productos personalizados.

Productos digitales (archivos STL):

• Debido a la naturaleza digital, no se aceptan devoluciones ni reembolsos una vez iniciado el proceso de descarga.
