   Prices are shown in the store and include applicable taxes. Payment is made through the methods available on the site.

3. Shipping and Delivery
   Shipments are made according to the Shipping Policy posted on the website. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

4. Digital Downloads
   Digital files are delivered after purchase and returns or refunds for digital products are not accepted.

5. Returns and Cancellations
   For physical products, please see our return policy. Cancellations are not accepted once the order is confirmed.

6. Intellectual Property
   All content, designs, and digital files are the property of Tek Diver Miniatures and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability
   Tek Diver Miniatures is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the products or files.

4. Descargas digitales
   Los archivos digitales se entregan tras la compra y no se admiten devoluciones ni reembolsos por productos digitales.
